This camera features a superior, high resolution 960H sensor that captures images at 720TVL resolution. The camera also includes Wide Dynamic Range of the sensor, which captures superior quality images with astute details, even in high contrast scenes.

Equipped with a variable pan/tilt speeds ranging from a fast patrol of 360° per second to a slow ramble of 5° per second with 0.225° pan/tilt accuracy, the camera can easily detect any object passing directly beneath the camera. The camera includes an RS-485 port, and is compatible with the Bosch LTC 5136 Controller and the MIC-BP3 Biphase Converter (sold separately), which facilitates quick setup and control. The camera also supports OSRD and Pelco P/D protocols which enables quick integration with already establish surveillance systems. Housed in die-cast aluminum, Bosch VEZ-523-EWCR AUTODOME 5000 Series Outdoor Dome Camera is vandal-resistant.
