The Geovision GV-GBLP8900 is an 8MP dual-lens panoramic outdoor bullet IP camera that pairs two 4MP 1/2.8 inch progressive scan CMOS sensors, each with its own 2.8mm lens, to produce a stitched panoramic view up to 180 degrees wide. It captures 3840 x 2160 combined at up to 30 fps and uses H.265 compression with triple streaming, allowing a single unit to cover a wide area that would otherwise require multiple cameras and IP addresses.

The camera combines Cloud AI with smart warm LEDs for full-color surveillance around the clock. Deep learning AI distinguishes humans and vehicles from other moving objects, powering perimeter protection rules including line crossing and region intrusion detection, and connects to GeoVision's cloud platform for remote management and alerts. Smart lighting switches between an IR LED for discreet motion detection and a warm LED for full-color capture; both reach up to approximately 100 ft, so the camera monitors in infrared and switches to color illumination when a subject of interest is detected. Minimum illumination is rated at 0.005 lux in color and 0 lux with IR active, with WDR balancing exposure in high-contrast scenes.

Onboard image stitching merges the two lenses into a seamless panorama without a separate processor, and the bullet form factor with an integrated sunshield suits wall and eave mounting along building perimeters. The camera includes a built-in microphone with G.711 audio, 3D noise reduction, a microSD slot for cards up to 256 GB, and corridor format support. The metal housing carries IP67 and IK10 ratings, operates from -22 °F to 140 °F, and is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12 VDC, with ONVIF Profile G, S, T and M conformance for third-party VMS integration.
