The Hanwha Vision PNB-A9082 is a compact 8MP AI box camera built on the Wisenet 9 platform, featuring a lens-integrated design with a 5.9~13.3mm (2.25x) motorized varifocal lens. The large-format 1/1.2" CMOS sensor with F1.5 wide aperture delivers exceptional low-light performance down to 0.015 Lux in color mode, making it well suited for indoor applications such as retail counters, casinos, warehouses, and examination rooms where detailed facial or object identification is required.

The PNB-A9082 is powered by dual AI NPUs that enable comprehensive edge analytics including person, face, vehicle, and license plate detection, as well as business intelligence features such as people and vehicle counting, queue management, heatmap generation, and slip-and-fall detection. extremeWDR at 120dB and WiseNR II ensure clear imagery in high-contrast lighting environments. Digital Image Stabilization and Defog are also supported for demanding scene conditions.

Onboard dual Micro SD slots support up to 2TB of edge storage, while PoE+ and 12VDC with automatic power failover ensure uninterrupted operation. The camera ships NDAA-compliant and includes Hanwha's enterprise cybersecurity stack with a FIPS 140-3 Level 3 / CC EAL6+ certified secure element, encrypted firmware, secure boot, and SBOM documentation.
