The Speco V5B3 is a 5MP outdoor bullet camera built around a progressive scan 1/2.5" CMOS sensor that captures 2944 x 1656 (16:9) video at up to 20 FPS. It ships in HD-TVI mode by default and can be switched to AHD, HD-CVI, or analog CVBS output through the OSD menu, so it works with a wide range of existing DVRs and hybrid recorders. The fixed 2.8mm lens delivers wide coverage for entrances, driveways, storefronts, and parking areas.

For round-the-clock monitoring, Smart IR illumination provides night vision up to 98 ft (depending on scene reflection), with a minimum illumination of 0.01 lux in color and 0 lux with IR on. Digital WDR, DNR, BLC, defog, and automatic white balance help maintain balanced, clean images in backlit scenes, low light, and changing weather. A built-in microphone sends audio over the same coax cable as the video signal, eliminating separate audio wiring.

The white IP67-rated housing stands up to rain and dust, and the camera operates from -22°F to 122°F with 10% to 90% relative humidity. It runs on 12VDC (power supply not included) and draws 4W or less with IR on. An included junction box simplifies cable management for a clean, finished installation. The V5B3 is NDAA compliant under Section 889 Part B guidelines, making it a solid fit for government and commercial projects.
