While the highest resolution is recorded at 8 fps speed, the user still gets high definition capturing at the 15fps speed. There is a built-in mechanical IR cut filter to assist in taking clear snapshots even in extremely challenging light conditions.

Equipped to save in three file compression formats, H.264, MJPEG and MPEG-4, ACTi KCM accrues substantial savings on bandwidth. The files are light in size and load much faster. Some other prominent features include motion detection capability, configurability up to 4 regions and Power over Ethernet Class 3.
