The Aiphone IS-IPDV Surface Mount IP Video Door Station for IS Series Video Intercom System (Aluminum) comes with a PTZ (pan, tilt, and zoom) camera, a call button with embedded speaker and microphone. The network connection is made through a CAT-5e/6 Ethernet cable. Each door station has the capacity to call up to 20 master stations via the call button. The system is for indoor and outdoor locations with a directory strip specifically coded to identify individual location and user.

The call button along with speaker and microphone enable a two-way hands-free communication between the user at the master station and the visitor(s) at the door. The aluminum die-cast of the station makes it both weatherproof and vandal resistant. The camera can be powered by PS-2420UL 24VDC power supply (not included); alternatively, it can be powered over the Ethernet cable. This door station is for use with the IS series video intercom system and features normally open dry contact for door release (24VAC/DC, 500mA).
