The Aiphone JKS-1AEDV JK Series Hands-free Color Video Intercom System with a surface mounting ability is an ideal security system for home/office buildings in high traffic areas or areas characterized by vandalism incidents. The UL/CSA listed PS-1820UL 18VDC Power Supply unit is exquisitely designed by Aiphone to protect security systems and support the JK-1MED Master Monitor Station and the JK-DV Vandal-Resistant Video Door Station. Both the master and door stations are equipped with controls to pan, tilt, and zoom the ¼" CMOS camera at the door station. The unit allows brightness variations for its 3.5" TFT color monitor and a talk button for push-to-talk or VOX activated communication.

The camera at the door station features a 170° viewing range, image quality adjustments to compensate for sunny light or nighttime scenarios. The master station also provides a built-in picture memory to enable saving up to 10 images (60 frames) and protecting them from overwriting. The door station is made of aluminum die-cast front panel and cast zinc faceplate. The polycarbonate lens cover protects the camera from adverse weather conditions and makes it vandal resistant. The unit mounts directly to wall surface or to a 1-gang box with a MKW-P plate.
