The Axis Q6032-C Network Security Camera from Axis Communications delivers advanced PTZ functionality while offering outstanding weather protection. The Q6032-E IP camera supports High Power of Ethernet, which simplifies installation since only a single cable is required. To handle extreme outdoor climates, the camera provides Arctic Temperature Control, a special feature that allows it to operate, and even power up, in extreme subzero temperatures. It has a fast and precise pan/tilt response. In addition, it can tilt 20° above the horizon for a total tilt range of 220°, enabling better views, especially over uneven terrain. It has 36x optical and 12x digital zoom. License plates can be read from a distance of 525ft.
With Active Gatekeeper, the device can automatically move to a preset position upon motion detection in a pre-defined area, and track the detected object. To optimize network bandwidth and storage capacity, the Q6032-C uses cutting-edge H.264 video compression, and supports multiple, individually configurable streams in both H.264 and Motion JPEG. With its IP66 rated enclosure the Axis Q6032-C Network Security Camera is the ideal device for securing outdoor public areas such as airports, seaports, and city perimeters.
