This outdoor surveillance system can endure a wide range of temperatures (-40°C ~ 50°C / -40°F ~ 122°F). The defog mechanism ensures that the lens is kept clear of the fog for clear visibility of the surveillance area. This system supports a TV-out port that allows you to connect a television to view the surveillance footage. Additionally, the motorized varifocal lens allows you to zoom and focus the camera from a remote location via web interface.

GV-VD2540-E is an outdoor camera designed with IK10+ vandal resistance, IP67 ingress protection and tolerance to extreme temperatures. With its motorized varifocal lens, the user can zoom and focus the camera from the Web interface. The camera is equipped with a super low lux CMOS image sensor with which the camera is capable of providing a color live view in near darkness. This night vision is further enhanced with its high power LEDs with up to 25 m (82ft.) effective distance.

The system comes with wide dynamic range technology that brings out a balanced image by combining the bright and dark portions of an image. The 3D-DNR (digital noise reduction) technology reduces the static and other visual disturbances to bring out more clarity and sharpness to the footage. This network camera is ONVIF profile S compliant. Meaning, this system follows a common protocol for the exchange of information between network video devices.
