Leaving all the neat functions aside the price is not that great. I loved the night vision performance on the camera. In the video I can clearly see from my front door to the gate. The reason I feel the price is too much is even though this is a great device it should be outdoor ready.

Getting out of the camera’s range is not easy at least in the day. The camera has 20 x optical zoom and the zoom function can be used on recorded video. At night the IR range the limiting factor. I would say it works for around forty feet. Kind of a downer.

It works great for a crowded space. Some security cameras, including the ones I have used don’t capture the area accurately. In the sense that it becomes difficult to gauge how far a person is from the entrance or lifts. The oculur camera makes it light guesswork with the sharp quality.
