The Speco O2BLP3M is a 2MP outdoor bullet IP camera purpose-built for license plate recognition. It captures plates on vehicles traveling up to 75 mph in optimal conditions, records at up to 2MP/30fps (60fps in High Frame Rate mode), and pairs a 1/1.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor with a 5-50mm motorized lens for flexible framing across a 15-200 ft capture range. Smart IR with range up to 230 ft and 0.001 lux low-light sensitivity ensure reliable plate capture day or night.

Beyond plate recognition, the O2BLP3M supports a 10,000-plate database, travel direction recognition, plate comparison, and vehicle feature extraction including color, type, and brand/model. H.265 compression, a microSD slot up to 256GB, RS485 and Wiegand (26-bit) interfaces, and ONVIF Profile G/S/T/M conformance make it easy to integrate with Speco Blue and access control systems. Rated IP67 and NDAA compliant, it ships with an included junction box for a clean install.
