AXIS Q1602 Indoor Box IP Security Camera 0437-001
The AXIS Communications Q1602 Fixed Indoor Network Camera is equipped with a 1/3" RGB CMOS sensor, delivering clear and crisp images in extended D1 (768x576) resolution. Featuring progressive scan technology, it assures smooth image capture for scenes with fast-moving objects. For video compression, this network device transmits multiple streams in H.264 and MJPEG video formats at either full frame rates or individually optimized for different quality needs and bandwidth constraints. With its built-in Day/Night ICR infrared cut filter removal function, the network camera switches between color and B&W capture depending on changes in ambient lighting, ensuring accurate color reproduction in daylight and enhanced B&W images at night.
The AXIS Q1602-E is equipped with a Sunshield and offers protection from the elements including snow and rain. It has the ability to work in freezing conditions and should be placed in areas inaccessible to potential vandals. Intelligent video capabilities include video motion detection, audio detection, and active tampering alarm. The AXIS Q1602 IP Security Camera supports an open API (Application Programming Interface) for software integration, including the ONVIF specification for interoperability between network video products. Installation is made easy with Power over Ethernet (PoE, IEEE 802.3af), which eliminates the need for power cables. Additionally, it has an SD slot
